Little River Cleanup Fall 2026

Join us for the 2026 Fall Little River Cleanup!

Help us clear trash from the Little River, one of the Etowah’s tributaries. Rope Mill Park is one of Woodstock’s favorite places to hike, bike and fish, and every bag we fill keeps litter from washing downstream into Lake Allatoona. No experience is needed, and volunteers of all ages are welcome.

What to wear and bring

  • Old clothes and boots or shoes that can get wet and muddy
  • Work gloves and a trash picker, if you have them
  • A refillable water bottle and sunscreen

We’ll provide

  • Gloves, trash bags and a limited number of trash pickers
  • Breakfast and lunch for all volunteers
  • Rivers Alive cleanup T-shirts, while supplies last

Come for the whole day or for just a few hours. Every pair of hands makes a difference.

Rivers Alive cleanup t-shirts will be available while supplies lasts.
