Join the People Protecting the Upper Etowah

When you become a member, you join neighbors across Cherokee, Dawson, Forsyth, Lumpkin, and Pickens counties who care about clean water. Your membership is a vote for a healthy river, and it gives the Upper Etowah River Alliance the steady support it needs.

Member dues go straight to work. They fund volunteer water testing, trash removal from our creeks, and hands-on education for students and families. In addition, a growing membership gives the river a stronger voice in local decisions.

What Your Membership Supports

Water Quality Monitoring

Volunteers test our streams for bacteria, chemistry, and stream life.

River Cleanups

Trash traps and community cleanups keep our creeks clean.

Education

Classroom programs and outdoor trips build the next generation of river stewards.
